All of our Potion Kitchen products are delivered to you from the heart of Beirut via a secure, tracked delivery courier. 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, kindly provide a physical address. 

For orders from Lebanon, your package will be delivered in the same or next business day within Beirut, in 2-3 business days for cities from Khaldeh to Tabarja and 3-6 business days for other locations.

For international orders, your package delivery time will depend on your country, kindly reach out to our team for as estimated delivery time.

We hope that you love your Potion Kitchen products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order within 7 days of receipt, we offer a full refund* if the products meet the following conditions:

  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product/purchase made is not on sale or special promotion

For orders in Lebanon, you can pay using an international credit card or in cash, either in USD or in LBP at the daily market rate when your order is delivered.
